The online assessment takes place via Zoom
The assessment itself will take between 3 – 4 hours. It starts with a chat, based on the information in the background questionnaire previously completed by the client.
The client then undertakes a range of tasks to investigate areas such as underlying ability, cognitive skills (working memory, the recognition and recall of speech sounds, processing speed) and literacy attainment (reading, writing, and spelling).
For clients aged 16+ who require investigation into the presence of dyspraxia/DCD or the characteristics of ADHD, a structured diagnostic interview also forms part of the assessment.
Feedback is given at the end of the session and a full, detailed report is available within 8 working days.
